Excellent service.
We experienced a flat tire on Interstate 40 and just made it to the off ramp. It was late in the day on Monday and we thought that all tire shops were closed. We needed another tire on our Audi in order to make it back to our home in the Raleigh area. A helpful samaratin told us that Ryan at Marion Tire would stay open and provide roadside assistance if needed. This was our first glimmer of hope that we wouldn't be stuck for the night. We called Ryan, and sure enough he said he would stay open and that he had a used tire that was suitable for the Audi. We put the spare on and drove down to the location on west railroad street, and Ryan and his assistant Jim were waiting for us. We thought we would go get something to eat while waited to change the tire out so I asked Jim how long it would take to fix the tire. His reply, "Oh, about 7 minutes." The tire was very reasonably priced, and we were on our way again in less than ten minutes. Ryan and Jim were very friendly and extremely competent and turned what could have been a bad experience into a short diversion from our trip. We are grateful to Ryan and Jim and recommend them to anyone who might need tire services. Thanks again, Ryan and Jim, for your cheerful and expert assistance.
